BARRY WATERFRONT FESTIVAL 2009
The annual Waterfront Festival took place on the 5th and 6th September and the BYC put on a display promoting our activities. Although the weather was very unsettled there was a large number of visitors to the attractions, one of which was one of the tall ships, Starvos S Niarchosand. There were quite a few visitors, including families, to our tent who were interested in learning more about us. Should they decide to take us up on the offer to visit our club they will be assured of a warm welcome.
Our Cadets were also out in force showing their skills sailing Pico dinghy's in the dock.
